A single site wine made from the 100 year old bush vine Grenache planted on our property in Blewitt Springs.
This wine was made using a 25% whole bunch ferment and fruit was left on skins for 16 days. Post primary ferment, wine was filled to old French oak puncheons and left on lees to help build mouthfeel and complexity and to preserve aromatics and freshness. This parcel was matured for 9 months prior to barrel selecting and blending. Only 75 dozen made.
