Description
Whole bunch pressed in the winery, juice was cold settled then racked prior to ferment. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and old French oak barrels. After primary fermentation was complete, the wine was left on lees build flavour, mouthfeel and texture. The final blend was 60% tank and 40% oak fermented.
Our labels are designed to illustrate the native flora growing on our property in McLaren Vale. This golden wattle is found in the scrub on our property and flowers mid winter; a good sign that spring is on its way. The flowers are delicate and intricate, just like our Grenache Gris.
