What’s the deal with shipping?

The Fabulous Ladies’ Wine Society acts as online sales agent only. Each of our trusted Sellers determines their own shipping rates and policies and these are set out in their shipping terms in their store. Please be sure to read these so you are across the costs before committing to your purchase!

You are welcome to purchase wine from as many Sellers are you like. Your shipping charges will be itemised separately in your cart and you can review these before you commit to payment.

Wine is delivered to the address you provide during your purchase transaction. Deliveries are currently restricted to within Australia only. Your wine will be shipped from each Seller separately so may arrive at different times.

Want to avoid delivery charges altogether? That’s easy! Almost all our Sellers offer a FREE shipping option when you order over a certain amount. 

When can I expect my wine to arrive?

Unless otherwise specified in their Shipping Policy, our sellers dispatch your wine order as fast as possible – that’s usually within 1 – 2 business days. How long it takes to receive your wine will be highly dependent on the distance it needs to travel in order to reach you.

Our fabulous Sellers use a range of shipping options including couriers and Australia Post. Delivery is typically between 2 and 8 business days, depending on where you live in Australia; orders to remote areas may take a little longer.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched and shipped.

What if I ordered from more than one Seller?

Did you order wine from a few different Sellers? That’s great! The more the merrier. That just means your order will be coming from different places and may arrive at different times. You’ll receive the relevant tracking information from each Seller so you can see where that particular wine is at.
