Description
This Sparkling Rosé is made from Shiraz fruit from the Hill Tops region. Usually we would source Shiraz from our own plantings but our crop was badly damaged by a hail storm in early January. Hill Tops is known for its excellent Shiraz and this is a wine that we have been excited to release.
A vibrant Sparkling Rosé with a nose of red berry fruits, rose petal and a hint of strawberry. There is a great depth of flavour on the palate and this is complemented by the fine bead and fresh spritzy finish. This is a wine that we will be reaching for regularly when the weather is warm.
