Aurum White Gold is a still white mead made from a selection of honey from bees foraging on spring macadamia blossoms and clover flowers from an organic macadamia farm in the Byron Bay surrounds.

A subtle nose of green apple and citrus blossom with fresh honey notes and bright minerality.

A balanced combination of lemon zest and white flowers with lightly grilled macadamia nut and lingering chardonnay characteristics.

An elegant textural medium-bodied mead with a luscious, smooth and silky mouthfeel – this is a pure expression of the exceptional nectar from our coastal lands.

100% pure Byron Bay honey.
