This Riesling was handpicked from the Lake George Vineyard. The wine is dry with classic lime and citrus notes, zesty acidity balanced with a generous finish.

A perfect match with oysters with a delicate vinaigrette dressing or steamed snapper with ginger and soy.

Vinification: The grapes were crushed and destemmed and gently pressed (no hard pressings) to tank. The ferment was long and cool with a specially selected yeast originally from Germany. This wine was bottled in June.
