Sourced from the heart of Watervale from Greg and Bec Bryksy’s vineyard. Harvested at optimum flavour ripeness from rows 51-55, patch 5 every year allows us to have consistency. Free Run juice is gently extracted and fermented in tank at a low temperature to ensure we retain the purity of fruit. No acid or fining is added to this wine and only minimal sulphur is used to retain the natural characters of this variety.
