Description

Cherry to brick-red colours with a bouquet of earthy tones layered with hints of violets, cedar and blackberries.  Rested in a combination of new and older French oak, the palate reflects the bouquet along with subtle vanilla and cherry flavours finishing with soft, balanced tannins.  A beautifully versatile food pairing wine, try with Beef Carpaccio, Pesto and Parmigiano Reggiano or Glazed Veal Chops with wild mushrooms.
