First grafted on the estate in 2006, Montepulciano originally from southern Italy was still a relatively new variety in Australia and has adapted well to Langhorne Creek.
An elegant wine with bright, fresh, zingy acidity backed by some strawberries & cream, pink rose petal & some savory flavours leading to a long crisp finish.
Suggested food pairing Ginger and soy glazed salmon with bok choy or smoked salmon blinis
