Have you ever wanted to become more knowledgeable about Champagne? Our famous Fabulous Ladies Champagne Mistress Class is coming to Brisbane for the very first time! (Well, we couldn’t call it a MASTER class could we?! 😉 Enjoy a fun and fabulous look at this most prestigious of all wines. Just in time for the festive season. Presented in partnership with Champagne Jeeper Australia.
During this 2 1/2 hour fabulous ladies class you will be taken on a voyage of discovery of the Champagne region and the wonderful diversity of the wines that are made there. You’ll learn about the amazing process of how Champagne is made (and why it’s so different from any other sparkling wine), the difference between a NV (non-vintage) and a vintage champagne and how those blushing pink rosè champagnes are made. You’ll also get acquainted with the words that are used to describe a Champagne’s appearance, aroma and flavour.
For this class we’re going to be focusing on the range produced by Champagne Jeeper, and we’ve five prestigious champagnes for you sip, discuss and compare during the evening. We’ve also arranged a sumptuous three course dinner to be served while we enjoy them, as we gaze out over the river and watch the sun go down from Pony Dining’s exclusive private dining room.
Your fun and fabulous champagne swilling hosts for the evening are Jane Thomson from The Fabulous Ladies’ Wine Society and Kate Giles from Champagne Jeeper.
