From beginnings that came from seeing opportunity, the journey’s been bold and remarkable. Rising from the ashes of the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires, planting a vineyard on a former dairy farm, making wine in a tin shed to building an innovative winery, underground cellars and stunning cellar door.
Paracombe’s strength is in it’s diversity to produce a superb range of award-winning wine – innovative new varieties, interesting blends and traditional well loved favourites. Wines are made, matured and bottled on site in the underground cellars, then distributed direct from the winery. This is all a part of an unwavering commitment and dedication to quality throughout the wine’s journey from the vine to the glass.
