The fabulous Fireside Yarra Valley festival is back for its fourth year in 2022.
After a few false starts in 2021, the festival is back and running from 9 – 24 July, bigger and better than ever, with a focus on outstanding culinary experiences across the region.
The 16-day festival of events celebrates all the season has to offer in sights, sounds, smells and, most importantly, tastes, with the region’s finest wine and food, against the alluring landscape of moody skies, crisp nights, and the warmth of an open fire.
This year’s headline events include gourmet collaborations from Bente Grysbaek x Seville Estate and Tom Sarafian x Jayden Ong Wines, as well as the very special ‘Local Legends Long Lunch’ which brings together some of Yarra Valley’s pioneering wine producers, including Yeringberg, Seville Estate, St Huberts and Yarra Yering, at the new must-visit destination, Hubert Estate. “We’re excited to team up our friends from some of the region’s oldest and most awarded wineries for this special event and show off our new home”, notes St Huberts, Business Manager, Tony Layton.
Fireside provides an opportunity to enjoy wines from some of the region’s best producers with a range of winemaker dinners, fireside brunches, wine masterclasses, and much more. Think low-and-slow, chargrilled feasts showcasing the finest local ingredients, with offerings to suit all palates and budgets.
