We don't leave anything out

There's no surprises and no hidden charges. When we say something is included, it's included! So all you need to do is relax & enjoy.

An incredibly special (and toasty warm) winter escape to the Barossa! Experience Australia’s most famous wine region the insiders way.

Is the Barossa on your bucket list? This is your sign to join us for a 4-day deep dive into Australia’s most internationally famous wine region — in the heart of winter, when the fireplaces are lit, the reds taste even better, and the slow cooked foods are at their most comforting.

And because this is a Fabulous Ladies tour, it’s not just about where we go… it’s about who we meet.

As always, we’re spending time with the extraordinary women of the region — the ones crafting the wines, running the family estates, shaping the future of Barossa and Eden Valley. They’re opening up their cellars and gifting us their time to tell the Barossa story through their perspective — and those personal, VIP moments are what make this tour so special.

Come solo and make new friends for life, or bring a wine-loving friend. Single and twin share options are both available.

Some of the Barossa women in wine you’ll be meeting and sipping with include:

  • Louisa Rose (Yalumba) — one of Australia’s most respected winemakers and industry leaders (and a proper powerhouse)
  • Christie Schulz (Turkey Flat) –  Sole female owner and proprietor of one of the Barossa’s most loved estates which is also home to some of Australia’s oldest shiraz vines. Did we mention Christie won the Jimmy Watson in 2017 with her Grenache?
  • Jo Irvine (Levrier Wines) — a dynamo, second-generation winemaker of the region who now also has her very own brand and continues a Barossa legacy
  • Belinda Van Eyssen (The Cutting) – who was recently named Barossa Wines ‘Winemaker of the Year 2026’! Belinda will transform the way you see, sip and taste Barossa reds

Why Our Tours are Truly Different

This isn’t just another wine tour. It’s something far more special—and far more rare.

Every woman in wine on this itinerary has personally committed her time to be with you. Not a cellar door staff member. Not a representative. The actual winemaker or owner herself—pouring her wines, sharing her stories, answering your questions, and welcoming you into her world.

Christie Schulz. Jo Irvine. Belinda Van Eyssen. Louisa Rose. These are incredibly busy women running successful wine businesses, and coordinating their availability takes months of careful planning. But they’ve said yes to this tour because they’re passionate about sharing what they do—and they want to meet you. This is access you simply can’t get anywhere else. It’s personal. It’s intimate. And it’s absolutely unforgettable.

More Reasons Why You’ll Love This Tour:

  • Private, VIP lunches and tasting events with the Barossa’s most fabulous women in wine
  • Rare, exciting Barossa wines tasted at the source
  • A cosy winter Barossa vibe: open fires, rich reds, and all the warming food you secretly want
  • Dinner at Vintners (one of the Barossa’s most awarded restaurants)
  • Sunset bubbles at a secret vineyard location with spectacular views
  • Start and finish in Adelaide (easy flights, easy logistics)

Expect warm conversation, delicious food, and a shared sense of what it means to support women in wine.

Day 2 – Friday 3 July 2026

Barossa adventures (and sunset bubbles with a view)

After breakfast, we head into the Barossa for a tasting with a difference at Small Victories Wine Co. Expect wines that are fun, fresh, modern — and seriously delicious.

Next stop: Yalumba, one of the Barossa’s oldest and most significant wineries. We’ll be welcomed for a very special experience, including time with the powerhouse woman of wine herself. Louisa Rose — a brilliant winemaker with decades at the helm and a global reputation for a reason.

Before dinner, we’re whisking you to a secret vineyard location for sunset bubbles and one of those “how is this real life?” moments. And you’ll hear from a fourth generation Barossa woman in wine, just what it’s like to be of this region.

Tonight’s dinner is at Vintners, one of the Barossa’s best.

Accommodation: Mercure Barossa

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3 – Saturday 4 July 2026

Tanunda wandering, Turkey Flat, and a reigning winemaker of the year

After breakfast, we begin with a little leisure time in Tanunda — think gorgeous boutiques, homewares, antiques, and the kind of browsing you never get time for at home.

Then: Turkey Flat, hosted by the fabulous Christie Schulz. The Schulz family have been custodians here since the 1860s — and today is all about wines that speak confidently of the Barossa, poured with stories you’ll remember.

Tonight, we go to meet the reigning queen herself, Belinda Van Eyssen from The Cutting, who is the 2026 Barossa Baron’s ‘Winemaker of the Year’. We’ll enjoy a guided tasting and a casual, generous night of grazing platters — while Belinda shares her story of growing up in South Africa and now calling the Barossa her home.

Accommodation: Mercure Barossa

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4 – Sunday 5 July 2026

Brunch with a Baroness (then home you go, with a full heart)

This morning we check out and head to Levrier Wines for our final fabulous experience, hosted by Jo Irvine. Jo is not only a second generation Barossa winemaker and a matriarch of the region, she’s also an official Baron(ess) of the Barosssa!

A beautiful brunch & tasting with Jo is the perfect ending to a Barossa winter escape — and then we transfer directly to Adelaide Airport, arriving by 2:00pm (flights from 2:45pm onwards are suitable).
