Evans & Tate release ‘Classic’ Sparkling in time for Spring Racing

The popular Margaret River winery Evans & Tate are expanding on their ‘Classic’ range by adding a bubbly! The Classic Margaret River Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV is one of only a few Chardonnay Pinot Noirs to come out of Western Australia’s most celebrated wine region.

It’s an elegant bubbly packed full of Margaret River flavour and we think it’s the perfect match for a girls’ night out.

Evans & Tate Senior Winemaker Matt Byrne says that the new sparkling offering is an exciting new venture for his Margaret River winery.

“I have always loved Margaret River Chardonnay in particular, and crafting this wine from the traditional varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has been very exciting. It really is the perfect wine for a night out- it’s fun, fresh and elegant.”

The wine displays fresh citrus fruits and almond biscuit flavours, along with crisp acidity and a fine bead driving a long and refined finish.

The Classic Margaret River Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV is being released just in time for Spring Racing and the holiday season, so you can celebrate with a sparkling from the producer of Australia’s favourite Margaret River wines!

At around $20 a bottle (even less for Evans & Tate members) it’s beautifully priced too.
